The visa is open to remote employees and freelancers with at least three years of professional experience or a degree qualification.Options:
Applicants outside of Spain can secure a one-year visa.
Those already in Spain at the time of application may apply directly for a three-year residence permit.

Once the application is submitted, the Spanish Immigration authorities have only 20 business days to review your application.Pathway to Spanish Citizenship or Permanent Residency:
If you are a national of a Latin American country, the Philippines, or Equatorial Guinea, you will be eligible to apply for Spanish citizenship after just two years of residence.
For nationals from other countries, after five years of legal residence in Spain, you will be able to apply for the EU Long-Term Residence Permit, which grants extended rights and mobility within the European Union.
